4th Annual Individual Multi Terrain Races 5K, 10K & 20K
The races are within the beautiful scenery/greenery of Pembrey Country Park and the surrounding woodland and will be Chip timed. Runners should be prepared for all underfoot conditions. due to the time of year. Entry is £35 for 5K, £40 for 10K & 20K includes Race T shirt

About the Event
The races are single laps within the beautiful scenery/greenery of Pembrey Country Park and the surrounding woodland and will be Chip timed, no public highways are used. Runners should be prepared for all underfoot conditions including standing water, mud & ice/snow due to the time of year. Entry Fee is £35 for 5K or £40 for 10K & 20K and includes Race T shirt.
There will be ample toilet facilities and hot food and drink will be available. There will be a top quality medal for all finishers.
