The races are within the beautiful scenery/greenery of Pembrey Country Park and the surrounding woodland and will be Chip timed, no public highways are used. Runners should be prepared for a few challenges and all underfoot conditions including standing water, mud & ice/snow due to the time of year.  Entry Fee is £35 for 5K or £40. for 10K & 10Miles and includes Race T shirt. 

There will be ample toilet facilities and hot food and drink will be available. There will be a top quality medal for all finishers including dogs.
