About the Event
The races are within the beautiful scenery/greenery of Pembrey Country Park and the surrounding woodland and beach, no public highways are used. Runners should be prepared for all underfoot conditions including standing water, mud & ice/snow due to the time of year. Entry Fee is £30 for 5K or £35 for 10K & 20K and imcludes Race T shirt.
There will be ample toilet facilities and hot food and drink will be available. There will be a top quality medal for all finishers.
