The races are within the beautiful scenery/greenery of Pembrey Country Park and the surrounding woodland  and will be Chip timed, no public highways are used. Runners should be prepared for some challenges and all underfoot conditions including standing water, mud & ice/snow due to the time of year.  Entry Fee is £35 for 5K or £40 for 10K & 10 Miles and includes Race T shirt.

There will be ample toilet facilities and hot food and drink will be available. There will be a top quality medal for all finishers.
