The races are within the beautiful scenery/greenery of Pembrey Country Park and the surrounding woodland and will be chip timed. Runners should be prepared for all underfoot conditions. due to the time of year. Entry is £25 for 5K, £30 for 10K & £35 for 10 Miles. Race T shirt not included.

About the Event
The races are within the beautiful scenery/greenery of Pembrey Country Park and the surrounding woodland and will be chip timed, no public highways are used. Runners should be prepared for some challenges and all underfoot conditions including standing water, mud & ice/snow due to the time of year. Entry Fee is £25 for 5K or £30 for 10K & £35 for 10 Miles. No Race T shirt included with this entry.
Ample toilet facilities and hot food and drink will be available. There will be a top-quality medal for all finishers.
