This is a unique event for all abilities. It utilises well marked routes around the beautiful greenery and scenery of Pembrey Country Park and the surrounding woods. Runners choose their paths at certain marshalled junctions, and, depending on their random choices, will cover between 8K & 14K. The entry fee includes a race T shirt and top quality medal. There will also be a memento for the dogs too.  Camping is available in the park and there will be hot food and drinks available near the registration marquee, together with toilet facilities and ample car parking.
